Our Company primarily handles Waste wood, (ie) Broken Pallets, and other Wood Material.

Once we have enough Wood, We put it into Wood Crushing Machines. When the Wood has been turned into Wood Chips,
We then run it through magnets to remove nails, and other ferrous metals. The final product is a good quality Wood Chip.

We have established many markets for our Wood Chips, which include:

• Biomass energy
• Animal bedding
• Compressed board manufactures
• Landscapers
• Horse gallops
• etc.

The Wood Chip we produce is 50mm, or roughly the size of match box.

The Wood chip we produce is not dust free. If we put 100 pallets into the Crushing Machines, We would probable have 85% Wood Chip, and the rest would be made up of small bits and dust.

We also have a fleet of Walking Floor trucks, Capable of carrying up to 25 tons of Wood Chips. It must be remembered that when ordering a delivery of Wood Chips, Your location must be suitable for a 45ft trailer, which stands 18ft high.
